Ken Whitlock is an associate attorney in DBL’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Medical Liability, and Healthcare practice groups. He joined DBL Law in 2024 and is based in the Louisville office.
Ken received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in May of 2022. During law school, Ken served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and externed for the Honorable Judge Alison C. Conlon on the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division in Chicago. In addition, Ken was an Elmore Scholar and JD Fellow at the Center for Law, Society, and Culture.
Prior to joining DBL Law, Ken practiced with a Chicago firm where he focused on insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and general civil litigation.
Ken has Midwestern roots and grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland and Detroit Metro. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, summa cum laude, where he majored in Business Management and Political Science. He lives in Louisville with his fiancée and Golden Retriever, Archie.
