Kevin is a partner practicing in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Government Advocacy & Economic Development sections. His practice focuses on cases involving business disputes, real estate and development issues, and job-related claims, such as Title VII discrimination and retaliation.

Kevin represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  He has successfully tried bench and jury trials as first chair. Kevin also serves as general counsel to a national restoration company, and he serves on the law firm’s Executive Committee.

Kevin obtained his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and a B.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Organizational Behavior and Business Policy from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. In law school, Kevin was named to the Dean’s Honors List and Law Review, and he served as an instructor at Cincinnati’s Withrow High School through UC’s Street Law Program.

Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors for CancerFree KIDS, the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and the European American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati. He previously served on the Board of Advisors for the University of Cincinnati’s Goering Center. Kevin has been recognized as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine, and he was recently recognized in the 31st edition of The Best Lawyers in America for his work in Litigation – Commercial Real Estate. Kevin is active with Cincinnati’s Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund and received theCincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 Award in 2015.

He resides in Mt. Lookout with his wife, Shelby, and his two daughters, Charlotte and Sophia.
