Rebecca is an associate attorney in DBL’s Health Care and Business & Transactional practice groups. She concentrates her practice on offering tailored solutions to corporate and not-for-profit healthcare clients regarding entity formation, ownership, operation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She also brings a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance matters, such as corporate compliance, clinical research/FDA regulatory compliance, data privacy, fraud and abuse, and reimbursement issues and appeals.

Rebecca represents a wide spectrum of actors in the healthcare sector including: hospitals and health systems, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, behavioral health providers, ambulatory surgery centers, federally qualified health centers, home care agencies, pharmacies, medical spas, and healthcare professionals.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, she gained experience working with in-house departments of a county health system, a global clinical research organization, and the American Dental Association. She obtained her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and her B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Rebecca is fluent in Mandarin.
