DBL Law continues to grow with the addition of attorney Loren Wolff.  Loren has joined DBL Law as a partner and will be based in the Crestview Hills office until the firm’s headquarters moves to Covington this Fall.

Loren has practiced in Northern Kentucky for nearly 15 years, including owning her own law practice with her husband.  In 2017, she served as the Interim City Manager for the City of Covington for six months.  Loren’s practice will focus on economic development, real estate, and general business law.

“The addition of Loren Wolff strengthens our capabilities in urban redevelopment which is particularly important for our river cities clients,” remarked managing partner Bob Hoffer. “It also boosts our Real Estate and Title practice areas and allows us to further assist clients who are navigating government resources and incentives, including TIFs (Tax Increment Financing), Industrial Revenue Bonds, and other economic development programs at the state and local levels.”

Loren will also focus on related matters including planning and zoning and other transactional issues impacting growth and development.  The combination of Loren’s practical approach and experience in government, urban development, and owning her own business make her well-suited to advise businesses through various stages of growth.

Loren obtained her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University. She serves on the boards for Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington, the City of Covington Parking Authority, and Covington Community Montessori. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and Covington Business Council.

Loren resides in Covington, KY, with her husband, Ben, and three children.
