DBL Law Recognized For Outstanding Workplace Culture

For the 10th consecutive year, DBL Law has been recognized by The Enquirer/Cincinnati.com as a 2020 Top Workplace. The law firm also has been named a finalist in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work contest.

The Enquirer partnered with independent third-party Energage to conduct an employee survey to select the recipients of the award. This year, over 36,400 employees at 185 businesses and organizations participated in the survey, with 130 companies being recognized.  “I believe in the core values of the firm and the flexibility available to me,” said one surveyed DBL Law employee.

The Cincinnati Business Courier partnered with Quantum Workplace to manage its confidential employee survey and rank the employers.  Companies were then scored in a number of specific categories, including senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits. This year’s 73 Best Places to Work finalists will be featured in the September 25th edition of the Cincinnati Business Courier.

“These honors are extra special since the recognition is based on feedback from our amazing employees,” remarked Bob Hoffer, DBL Law’s Managing Partner. “We are blessed to have a dynamic group of talented, hard working professionals who strive to achieve results that exceed our client’s expectations.”

DBL Law is a full service law firm with offices in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Louisville.
