DBL Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Bley as the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 14, 2024. With an impressive background in executive leadership, Bley joins DBL Law from The O.N. Equity Sales Company, where he served as President and CEO. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong track record of success.
In his new role, Bley will assume responsibility for overseeing the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, working closely with the firm’s Managing Partner, Bob Hoffer. Hoffer, who has served as both Managing Partner and CEO, will continue in his role as Managing Partner and Chair of the Board, focusing on strategic initiatives and client relationships while transitioning most of the firm’s business operations to Bley and his leadership team.
